Location

Apathy of the staff- non-availability of the items in the menu-poor wifi- very bad food served.

The location was great, the staff was helpful and friendly.Freshly prepared breakfast.

There was nothing that I did not like.

The pineapple and the spanish omelet

Internet very slow. The internet security protocol is outdated. Difficult to do online shopping because the network is exposed to hackers.

I like about this property is location is good.

No lift this property and bathroom light put very down so shower side no light plus there put only one small soap in bathroom.

Close to airport and had a pick up service. Bed was comfortable.

Before arriving the hotel sent a message that the credit card on file was not working - this is a scam so that they can add an additional charge when you try and pay at reception. Booking.com were informed but didn’t seem to care. Had to turn the hot water heater on and wait for tank to heat up (they didn’t tell us this - found out by searching the room). Room was adjacent to the road so noisy in the morning. Room was clean enough but hotel was mouldy and plaster cracking off walls. Breakfast was basic but ok I suppose.

The Hotel staffs stole my mobile speaker. Called the hotel manager and he never follow up.

In 2 sentences the guys must just close shop and perhaps look for an investor to revive this facility, great location but nah poorly managed and the furniture soo old, breakfast I almost ran away from it’s setting, it’s an insult to call it a hotel quiet honestly ??

Everything about the so called hotel outside and online pics deceiving I must add, terrible food, and helpless staff, they just come to work but really hospitable despite circumstances of their working environment. My take I really cannot even recommend it to anyone anytime soon unless major overhaul is done ✅

Hotel mention 3 stars but not 3 stars, very poor condition doors also not left facilities and air condition also old, Fan not working, card payment charge $7.

The breakfast was okay - a big cooked breakfast but because the cleanliness of their bedding was poor it smelled of sweat I was not very confident with the breakfast. checking in I did not like the fact that they take so many photos of my passport but I was told it was policy though i told them it was wrong and illegal. The location is great right on the road from the airport to Kampala.

If the beddings were well washed and not smelling of sweat. The place looked a bit neglected.

This is only a lodge

No lift, no facilities, no service, no room service

Nothing. The only thing that was remotely acceptable was the fact that we were collected from the airport so early in the morning. The website stated that collection form the airport was a free service, but we were charged $10.00 for this.

There was very little to like. The rooms face the highway and it is incredibly noisy, I could not sleep at all. The hotel was dirty and poorly kept. Breakfast wasn't ready at the stipulated time, nor was there any coffee available.
